Job summary

Southwest Key Programs Inc. seeks a Program Director to manage operations, data, and performance measures for the Dallas CYD program. You will lead staff, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate with funding sources and community partners.

Qualifications

• Education: combination of Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees with supervisory/administrative experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with internal/external stakeholders.
• Computer proficiency and ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual and grant financial requirements and ensure funding compliance.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and role modeling to staff, volunteers, and contractors.
• Recruit, hire, and manage program staff and ensure community engagement.
• Maintain and submit timely reports to leadership and funding sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee program operations, data management, and performance measures.
