The CLPD will supervise staff, manage budgets, report outcomes, recruit mentors, and coordinate with schools and community partners. Flexibility in schedule is required, with shifts typical 12pm-9pm.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
  • Licensed or licensed eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) required or eligible.
  • At least five years working with at-risk youth.
  • Strong supervisory and budget management experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical and program operations in the Detention Alternative Program.
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and in-home counseling with youth and families.
  • Oversee youth mentoring programs for probation-involved youth.
  • Ensure compliance with funder requirements and program models.
  • Develop and manage budgets and outcomes reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and retain volunteer mentors.
  • Coordinate with schools and community partners; facilitate outreach.
  • Maintain data entry, billing, and reporting timeliness.
