Catholic Charities Fort Worth is seeking a Director of Workforce Services to pilot, scale, and lead transformative workforce initiatives that deliver measurable client impact. The role demands strategic leadership, collaboration with employers and community partners, and a commitment to Catholic Social Teaching in service design.

The position is full-time and on-site in Fort Worth, with a focus on building evidence-based programs, testing new approaches, and sustaining scalable, high-quality

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in workforce development or related field.
• 5+ years of program leadership experience at director level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead innovation efforts, pilot programs, or new initiatives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and change.
• Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in Fort Worth, TX.
