Job summary

Catholic Charities Fort Worth is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial planning for a $25 million operating model. You will collaborate with the President/CEO, Board, and senior leaders to steward revenue, grants, and mission-focused investments, while ensuring strong governance and financial discipline.

The role requires a CPA, 15+ years of financial leadership, and a track record of enterprise transformation within complex organizations;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required).
• CPA in active good standing required.
• MBA or relevant master's degree strongly preferred.
• Progressive financial leadership experience (15+ years).
• Experience partnering with CEO/Board to translate community needs into credible financial cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive finance, transformation, and governance as CFO.
• Develop and oversee multi‑year financial strategy and operating plan.
• Ensure financial integrity, compliance, risk management, and infrastructure.
• Provide board and leadership with timely, decision‑ready financial information.
• Oversee funding diversification, grants, philanthropy, and earned revenue opportunities.

Education
