Catholic Charities Fort Worth seeks a Director of Workforce Services to pilot, scale, and lead transformative workforce initiatives. You will design, test, and scale workforce models, advance evidence-based practices, and cultivate partnerships to achieve lasting client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or related field or combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in workforce development.
• 5+ years of program leadership experience at director level or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to lead innovation efforts, pilot programs, or new initiatives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and change.
• Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Translate agency vision into an actionable workforce strategy grounded in experimentation, learning, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead teams with clarity, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive performance to ensure high-quality, mission-aligned services.
• Model agency values and foster a culture of excellence and accountability rooted in Catholic Social Teaching.
• Ensure program fiscal health while balancing risk-taking and innovation investment.
• Align resources and remove barriers for consistent, high-quality implementation across teams.
• Hold managers accountable for program implementation to ensure effective client outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
• Identify employment opportunities and pipelines for clients.
• Ensure clients are trained and ready to work to meet employer needs.
