Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in workforce development or related field.
• 3+ years of program leadership and staff management.
• Experience working across complex systems with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce development and financial wellness programs.
• Oversee service delivery model and ensure high-quality neighbor experiences.
• Coach and develop staff; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Build partnerships with employers, training providers, funders, and community organizations.
• Monitor outcomes, use data to drive improvements, and ensure grant compliance.
• Manage programs budgets and maximize resources and impact.
• Collaborate across departments to support 2Gen approach and organizational goals.
• Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and performance tracking across systems.
