Brighton Center, Inc. is seeking a Financial Wellness Coordinator to lead the agency's financial coaching programs in Kentucky. This exempt, full-time role drives service delivery, staff development, and community partnerships to improve financial independence.

The coordinator will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering education and coaching to help families achieve stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• HUD Certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
• Background in customer service or finance/banking.
• Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
