Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in workforce development or related services.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience designing and coordinating workforce programs.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, equity-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for workforce initiatives and program delivery.
• Coordinate cross-program workforce strategies and partnerships.
• Oversee staff supervision and performance management.
• Ensure compliant documentation and reporting across systems.
• Monitor budgets, outcomes, and deliverables across funding streams.
• Represent GLIDE in workforce convenings and community events.
