Job summary

GLIDE, a nationally recognized center for social justice in San Francisco, seeks a dynamic senior leader to guide Community and Crisis Response. You will scale street crisis programs, integrate various services, and build strategic partnerships to support unhoused and housed residents across neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social services, non-profit management, public health, or business administration preferred.
• Extensive leadership and supervisory experience in multi-faceted service delivery organizations.
• Experience with street teams, safety protocols and neighbor policies.
• Experience with programs serving high-risk and vulnerable communities using trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong ability to develop partnerships with diverse stakeholders and funders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable community engagement strategy with integrated programs, policies, and operating structures.
• Oversee coordinated community outreach, safety initiatives, and services like meals and SRO programs.
• Advance health, wellness, and development services across life domains through partnerships and case management.
• Ensure contract performance, compliance, and sustainability across funded programs.
• Lead and develop senior leaders, manage budgets, and ensure program accountability across multiple initiatives.
