Job summary

SF LGBT Community Center in San Francisco seeks a Workforce Specialist and Data Coordinator to support Employment Services through data management, program reporting, and client services. The role combines direct participant work with data coordination across grants, using Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.

The position requires 2+ years in workforce development or trauma‑informed case management, strong computer skills, and comfort with a hybrid 60% onsite/40% remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in workforce development or trauma‑informed case management.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Salesforce CRM or similar programs.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program data collection, reporting, and monitoring for grants.
• Maintain client files and ensure confidentiality.
• Enter data in Excel, Google Sheets, Workforce Central, and Salesforce; track program impact.
• Support two or more city grant participant forms and enrollment processes.
• Collect demographic and impact data for every client; present monthly metrics.
• Collaborate with Employment Services to plan long‑term program strategies.
• Provide individual services: intake, assessments, and job search coaching.
• Lead job search workshops for trans/GNC/LGBTQ participants; cover topics like resumes and interviewing.
