Job summary

Straight & Narrow in Paterson, NJ, is seeking a Program Director of Women's Residential Treatment Services to oversee the women’s programs and ensure quality care across residential and outpatient services.

The role includes on-call responsibilities, weekend hours, and travel to Paterson and nearby locations; requires LCADC and master’s degree, with licensure preferred. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in an administrative capacity and clinical role.
• LCADC with a minimum of master’s degree in social services and/or Psychology required.
• Dually licensed preferred and experience with medically managed programs and co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to represent Straight & Narrow with funding organizations, other providers, Board of Directors, Diocesan personnel and the community in a manner that reflects positively on the agency.
• Must have the ability to recognize new and changing treatment needs and respond with a plan of action.
• Knowledge of prevailing standards and best practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the women’s residential treatment program to ensure alignment with agency philosophy and quality standards.
• Lead long-term planning for the Women’s Programs and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies.
• Manage on-call responsibilities and crisis response as needed.
• Represent the agency to funding organizations and community partners.
