Job summary

Straight and Narrow in Paterson, NJ, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Women's Treatment) to lead counselors and ensure high-quality substance use treatment across residential, outpatient, and community programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social service field, Social Work, Human Services or Psychology.
• 20 Hour Continuing Education Credits of post-graduate Clinical Supervision Course offered by NASW/ASWB or CSWE approved program.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in addictions treatment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor counselors reporting to them to ensure quality treatment.
• Ensure supervisees meet Straight & Narrow personnel requirements.
• Take on additional responsibilities within the supervisory team as needed.
