Job summary

Restaurant Zone Recruiting seeks an experienced Director of Wine & Beverage to oversee beverage programs across multiple luxury hospitality and dining concepts in San Francisco. Michelin-starred restaurant experience and strong wine credentials are required.

The ideal candidate will manage beverage budgets, vendor relationships, and team development while delivering outstanding guest experiences with expert wine knowledge and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of beverage leadership experience.
• Master Sommelier, Advanced Sommelier, WSET Diploma, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing beverage programs across multiple locations.
• Strong financial management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of California wine country and international wine regions.
• Valid California driver's license.
