Job summary

Storm Creek is seeking a Director of Sales, Wholesale & Promotional Apparel to own strategy and execution across branded merch and wholesale channels in a leadership capacity. You will lead remote territory managers and inside account executives, setting budgets and forecasting alongside the President and SLT.

You will drive a repeatable sales process, manage performance, and partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, product, and GTM decisions to grow revenue and strengthen customer

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales, with wholesale apparel or promo
• Proven leadership of remote/inside sales teams
• Strategic channel planning and revenue ownership
• Process-driven, with strong forecasting and budgeting
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy across branded merch and wholesale markets.
• Own the company’s total sales goal and pipeline reporting.
• Lead and coach outside/inside sales teams; set and track performance metrics.
• Build a repeatable sales process with budgeting and ROI tracking.
• Enhance end-to-end customer experience for wholesale accounts.
