Job summary

Storm Creek, an apparel brand, seeks a Director of Sales to own strategy across branded merch and wholesale channels. You will lead remote outside sales territory managers and inside sales account executives, reporting to the President and SLT, with accountability for the company’s total sales goal.

You will shape channel strategy, manage pipeline and forecasting, and collaborate on pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales, with wholesale/products/apparel experience a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of branded merch/promo and wholesale retail.
• Proven remote/inside sales team management and coaching.
• Strategic, process-driven, and comfortable owning a total revenue number.
• EOS familiarity is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy across branded merch and wholesale markets.
• Manage a remote outside sales team and inside sales reps; set goals tied to total sales.
• Develop and enforce a repeatable sales process with budgeting and ROI tracking.
• Forecast, pipeline reviews, and accountability rhythms with SLT.
• Lead relationships with top customers and travel with reps to key accounts.
