Job summary

Storm Creek is seeking a Director of Product to own the product engine from vision through delivery. You will set the multi-year strategy, shape the line across three channels, and lead cross-functional teams including design, sales, and finance to maximize revenue and margin.

You will manage concept development, sourcing, and manufacturing partnerships globally, ensuring best-in-class quality, sustainability, and on-time delivery. This is a senior leadership role reporting to owners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in apparel product management, merchandising, and global sourcing.
• Deep hands-on experience in international factory engagement and vendor relationships.
• Proven track record leading senior-level product strategy in a fast-paced multi-channel apparel business.
• Experience as a working apparel designer is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a multi-year product assortment strategy across Storm Creek's channels.
• Own the full product life cycle—from concept to go-to-market launch and end-of-life decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to meet revenue, margin, and market-share targets.
• Drive seasonal concept development and design direction with Trend and Design teams.
• Own assortment architecture, price ladder, color strategies, and seasonal flow across categories.
• Manage product costing and pricing from initial modeling to final margin sign-off.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and oversee sourcing and supply chain activities.
• Lead the product calendar end-to-end and ensure on-time delivery across teams.
