Job summary

Storm Creek is seeking a Director of Sales for Branded Merch and Wholesale Channels in Eagan, MN. This leadership role owns channel strategy across branded merchandise and other wholesale markets, guiding a team of remote outside sales reps and inside account executives, reporting to the President as part of the SLT.

You will drive Storm Creek's total sales goals, build a repeatable sales process, forecast outcomes, and coordinate pricing with product and GTM decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales, with wholesale or apparel experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of branded merch/promo and wholesale retail channels.
• Proven remote/inside sales team leadership and coaching.
• Strategic, process-driven approach with strong revenue ownership.
• Familiarity with EOS ( Entrepreneurial Operating System ) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy across branded merchandise and other wholesale markets.
• Own the company's total sales goal and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead and coach remote and inside sales teams, with clear goals and performance metrics.
• Develop and enforce a repeatable sales process and pipeline reviews.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations to drive process improvements.
