Job summary

White Tiger Connections Inc. seeks a Director of Financial Advisors & Operations to own the full operational infrastructure of its RIA and to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include building scalable systems, coaching advisors, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring Servicing FA teams have tools and processes to perform at the highest level. Hybrid in-office in Wall Township, NJ.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of RIA or wealth management operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Schwab Advisor Center and custodial ops.
• Track record designing and scaling operational systems.
• Experience managing advisor teams or operational staff.
• Strong grasp of trading workflows, advisory billing, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own all RIA back-office operations including new accounts and money movement.
• Build scalable SOPs and operational controls to support growth.
• Liaise with Schwab Advisor Center; resolve custodial issues and stay updated.
• Manage daily trading activities, model rebalancing, and cash monitoring.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team; support sales pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and state requirements; strengthen controls.
