Director of Operations:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Director of Operations to lead the internal operations of our growing firm. This role is central to how our team runs day to day, from staffing and workflow to payroll and client billing. Working in close partnership with our COO, you will build and maintain the systems and processes that allow our advisors and staff to focus on serving clients.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands the financial services industry and is ready to make an immediate impact.

• In-office, must be based in New Jersey/Philly
