Job summary

Cafe Spice in Beacon, NY is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to keep production running smoothly. You will own receiving, storage, and issuance of raw and packaging materials, maintain inventory accuracy in SYSPRO, and lead a team of warehouse clerks with the authority to set procedures and staffing decisions.

You will manage FIFO/FEFO, coordinate with Shipping, ensure GMPs and FSMA compliance, and drive improvements in layout, processes, and productivity while controlling the warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years related warehouse experience.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience with SYSPRO or similar ERP and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Direct receiving, inspection, labeling, put-away and issue of materials.
• Verify deliveries against the PO and report issues.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO rotation, allergen segregation, and quarantine status.
• Lead warehouse clerks across shifts and manage staffing.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and drive improvements in layout and processes.
