Job summary

Lineage in Riverside, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to direct a medium-sized warehouse, drive performance, and ensure safe, compliant operations aligned with company goals. You will lead teams, manage budgets, collaborate with Sales, and optimize labor, costs, and service levels while maintaining Lineage safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in warehouse operations within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years' Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience developing strategy/annual plans (budget, performance, SOPs, workshops).
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN continuous improvement processes.
• Experience managing, training, and developing operational staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and WMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal/external customers.
• Ability to lead discussions, deliver technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle ambiguity.
• Ability to travel up to 25%_LOAD.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work in varying storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, and develop direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Achieve performance goals and KPIs such as Labor to Revenue and truck turn times.
• Review warehouse activities and costs to drive process improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on marketing, prospecting, quotes, and contract negotiations.
• Establish and maintain excellent customer service and client relationships.
• Monitor budgets, capex, and space utilization to meet targets.
• Support receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of food to meet safety and quality standards.
