YQN Logistics seeks a Director of Warehouse Automation to lead end-to-end automation initiatives, oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of on-site systems, and manage cross-functional teams and external vendors across multiple warehouses. You will drive cost reduction and productivity improvements, identify risks, and optimize equipment performance.

Strong knowledge of conveyors, AS/RS, WMS/WCS integration, and industrial networking is essential.

Qualificações

3–5 years of experience in warehouse automation or automation engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
Proven ability to manage automation projects from planning to handover.
Experience coordinating timelines, budgets, contractors, and suppliers.
Hands-on knowledge of conveyors, AS/RS, and automated storage solutions.
Understanding of industrial networking and WMS/WCS integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and vendor-management skills.
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead internal teams and external vendors in planning and executing warehouse automation projects.
Oversee installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and upgrades of on-site equipment.
Identify risks, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Continuously optimize equipment operating processes and construction practices to cut costs.
Collaborate with warehouse operations, engineering, and external vendors for successful execution.
