Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. in Fontana, CA seeks a Director of Warehouse Automation to lead end-to-end automation projects across our network, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to install and optimize on-site equipment.

You will drive lifecycle management from planning through commissioning, ensure safety and quality, manage risks, and collaborate with operations and engineering to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in warehouse automation or industrial automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience managing automation installation, construction, or implementation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of conveyors, AS/RS, automated sorting, material handling equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• English and Chinese communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and vendors to plan and execute warehouse automation projects.
• Oversee lifecycle of on-site automation equipment from install to upgrades.
• Identify risks, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Optimize equipment operating processes and on-site construction to cut costs.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, contractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with warehouse ops, engineering, and external vendors.
