Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in VoIP / Telephony infrastructure and leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, SIP, and WebRTC.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale, high-availability VoIP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall VoIP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Design, deploy, and optimize large-scale Asterisk/FreeSWITCH VoIP infrastructure.
• Architect SIP-based telephony platforms with high availability and scalability.
• Oversee migrations, upgrades, and optimization of VoIP systems.
• Develop and optimize Dialplans, IVR/IVRS, and call-flow logic.
• Drive integration of voice loggers, call recording, monitoring, and security practices.
