Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Agentforce Voice Models to own the full voice intelligence stack—ASR, TTS, S2S—for enterprise-scale agents. You will lead from product alignment through architecture, setting benchmarks for accuracy, latency, and quality while collaborating with product, infra, and GTM teams.

You will recruit and guide a 20–30 person team of researchers and ML engineers, drive multilingual coverage, and manage data governance, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in speech/audio ML with leadership
• Experience shipping production voice models at scale
• Proficiency in Python; ML framework experience

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year roadmap for Agentforce voice capabilities
• Lead development of ASR systems with low latency targets
• Own neural TTS pipeline including voice cloning and SSML compliance
• Architect low-latency S2S pipelines for real-time agents
• Oversee speaker diarization and voice analytics integration with dashboards
• Ensure language coverage and localization across markets
• Lead engineering team and promote experimentation and cost-efficient architecture
