Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Agentforce Voice Models to own the end-to-end voice intelligence stack, including ASR, TTS, and S2S, for enterprise-scale agents. You will lead a diverse team of researchers and engineers, set metrics for accuracy and latency, and steer vendor and academic partnerships to advance multilingual capabilities.

• 10+ years in speech/audio ML with leadership experience (>=10 engineers/scientists).
• Proven production deployment of voice models at scale with latency improvements.
• Strong communication skills for executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentforce voice roadmap across ASR, TTS, S2S, and real-time agents.
• Lead a 20–30 member team and drive architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Privacy, and Trust & Safety on ethics and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into specs.
