Salesforce seeks a Director of Agentforce Voice Models to own the full voice intelligence stack, from ASR to S2S, ensuring accuracy, latency, and enterprise-scale reliability across multiple languages.

You will build and guide a world-class team of researchers and engineers, partnering with Product, Legal, Privacy, and Trust & Safety to uphold AI ethics and regulatory compliance while delivering cutting-edge voice capabilities for 150,000+ organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in speech/audio machine learning, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams of 10+ engineers.
• Deep hands-on expertise in at least two of: ASR, neural TTS, or real-time speech processing pipelines.
• Proven track record shipping production voice models at scale with measurable accuracy and latency improvements.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for Agentforce voice capabilities (ASR/STT, TTS, S2S, real-time voice agents).
• Lead ASR/STT, neural TTS, and low-latency S2S pipeline development, including streaming recognition and prosody design.
• Own speaker diarization, voice-biometric authentication, and global language coverage and localization roadmap.
• Recruit and lead a world-class team of research engineers and ML engineers (20–30), partnering with Product, Legal, Privacy, Trust & Safety on voice AI ethics and compliance.
