The position includes overseeing staff, funding initiatives, and 24/7 on-call coverage, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to shape veteran services.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social services or related field is required.
• Independent licensure in social services; 5+ years in an executive-level clinical role may substitute for license.
• Minimum of three years management experience across multiple programs and personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality standards for client care in mental health and related services.
• Ensure protocols for continuous improvement and monitor compliance with QA standards.
• Plan and oversee new program initiatives and funding efforts.
• On-call 24/7 for program staff availability.
• Supervise Clinical Administrative Coordinator, Program Coordinators, and Licensed Clinical Therapists.
• Manage internship program and ensure alignment with standards.
• Oversee clinical program standards and supervision schedules.
• Oversee medical billing processes for clinical services and regulatory compliance.
