Job summary

U.S.Vets in Washington, DC is seeking an Experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services and supervise staff. This full-time role reports to the Executive Director and partners with the National Director of Clinical Services to ensure evidence-based, coordinated client care.

You will provide direct services, supervision of interns and staff, and guidance on risk, treatment planning, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted independent clinical license in DC or where the position is located.
• Five years of clinical experience.
• Three years of clinical supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services to clients (individual, couples, family, and group).
• Conducts clinical screenings, psychosocial and intake assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, referrals, and documentation.
• Supervises clinical staff and interns, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and policies.
• Provides ongoing case consultation and guidance to the clinical team and case managers.
• Collaborates with leadership to support training, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains clinical operations and communicates priorities to site leadership.
