U.S.VETS in Inglewood, CA is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to lead the planning, development and supervision of all clinical services, including mental health care, for veteran clients.

The role reports to the Executive Director and requires executive-level management of clinicians and programs, ensuring compliance, quality improvement, and effective coordination across departments; salary ranges from $94,000 to $131,000 per year.

Qualificações

• Masters degree in social services or related field.
• Licensed in social services or eligible.
• Minimum of three (3) years management experience overseeing multiple programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer and information systems.
• Willingness to travel locally between sites; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish quality standards for client care in mental health and addiction services.
• Oversee planning for new program initiatives and funding efforts.
• Available for on-call consultation 24/7 for staff.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate clinical staff.
• Oversee medical billing and reporting to funders.
