Job summary

U.S.VETS West LA - Los Angeles, CA, seeks an experienced executive leader to guide clinical programs and administrative operations, ensuring high-quality veteran care and compliance with standards.

This full-time role requires a Master’s in social services, licensure or equivalent executive experience, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support program sites and national conferences.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• License in social services or substantial executive experience may substitute for license requirement.
• Minimum of three years management experience of multiple programs and personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes quality standards for client care in mental health, addiction treatment, and health promotion activities for U.S.VETS.
• Monitors compliance with quality assurance standards for mental health and outpatient care.
• Plans and oversees new program initiatives and funding efforts.
• Available for consultation by program staff 24/7.
• Oversees clinical staff recruitment, supervision, and coverage across sites.
• Manages internship program and supervisor assignments.
• Ensures clinical program standards and staff supervision schedules.
