Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Quality Business Systems Director to define and scale a global manufacturing quality strategy. You will lead a small, worldwide team to develop and deploy quality standards, tools, playbooks, metrics, and capability-building programs that improve customer outcomes and operations.

Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Excellence, you will partner with Quality, Operations, IT, and Engineering leaders to drive data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and scalable

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations, or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise or business-level quality, manufacturing, or operational excellence transformation.
• Experience partnering with Quality, operations, and functional leaders to improve customer service, reliability, and performance.
• Proven ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization and lead through others.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy DuPont’s global manufacturing quality excellence strategy across businesses and sites.
• Partner with quality leaders, operations, and IT to improve end-to-end SQDIP performance.
• Develop and continuously improve global quality standards, toolkits, and training programs.
• Leverage AI to enhance quality management approaches and techniques.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and transformation initiatives for leaders.
