Job summary

CareMore Health is seeking a Director, Network Contracting to lead strategy, development, negotiation, and management of provider networks serving Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other managed care populations. You will oversee a team of contracting professionals, drive analytics, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to advance value-based care and financial performance.

The role requires senior leadership, exceptional negotiation, and the ability to translate organizational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must reside in AZ, CA, or NV.
• 7–10+ years of provider network contracting, managed care, healthcare finance, or provider reimbursement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing contracting organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider contracting strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and market priorities.
• Lead negotiations for high-value provider agreements with health systems and physician organizations.
• Oversee provider reimbursement strategies and value-based contracting initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution and ongoing administration of provider agreements with compliance.
