Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking a Network Contracting Director to lead strategy, negotiation, and management of provider contracts across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other managed care programs. This role guides a team of contracting professionals and partners with Finance, Legal, and operations to drive value-based care.

Travel up to 15-20% is expected; location in AZ/CA/NV. Compensation range is $131,243–$236,238 with full benefits and base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in Arizona, California, or Nevada.
• 7–10+ years in provider network contracting, managed care, or related fields.
• Proven leadership of contracting organizations, including managers and staff.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider contracting strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and market growth.
• Lead negotiations for high-value provider agreements and serve as executive sponsor for complex deals.
• Oversee provider reimbursement strategies and value-based contracting initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution and governance of provider agreements with compliance.
• Utilize analytics and financial modeling to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing contracting organization; manage workload and resources.
• Represent the organization in executive meetings and strategic partnerships.
