Reporting to senior Network Management leadership, the role emphasizes data-driven decisions, value-based contracting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, economics, public health, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing contracting organizations.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider contracting strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead negotiations for high-value provider agreements and oversee contract administration.
• Leverage analytics to evaluate provider performance and identify opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support enterprise strategy.
