You will champion human-centered design, mentor designers, and partner with Industrial Design, Product Development, Engineering, and Insights to deliver world-class products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX design experience, with 5+ years in people management.
• Deep experience in consumer product design across hardware and software.
• Experience integrating software UX with physical hardware is highly desirable.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and cross‑functional impact.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product experiences that balance ease of use, high quality design craft, and moments of delight.
• Build, hire, develop, and mentor a high‑performing UX team across levels.
• Collaborate across UX, Industrial Design, CMF, Product Development, and Insights.
• Raise the bar on craft through design reviews and clear direction.
• Own deliverables end to end from concept to specs for hardware and software.
