icotec Medical, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to own the full US value chain, including procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service. The role starts on the production floor and evolves into site setup, ramp-up, and capacity expansion.

You will partner with global teams in Switzerland, manage budgets and KPIs, and serve on the US leadership team, driving Lean/Six Sigma improvements and regulatory compliance (FDA/ISO 13485) throughout the operation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of operations, manufacturing, or supply chain experience, with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in global or multinational companies with cross-country collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding, compression molding, and/or CNC machining.
• Proven track record in building or leading a manufacturing operation in a regulated environment.
• Experience with validated manufacturing processes, equipment qualification, and quality management systems.
• Track record of managing budgets, KPIs, and capacity planning.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on during ramp-up and travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the US operations strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Build scalable manufacturing processes and org structures for growth.
• Manage annual US operations budget (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Define, track, and deliver KPIs with COO/CEO US.
• Lead site setup, ramp-up, and future capacity expansion in Boston.
• Oversee S&OP processes and ensure steady product supply.
