Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-8 years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or related functions with progressive leadership
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA/ISO/cGMP/GDP/GLP) preferred
• Background check completion may be required

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, facilities, maintenance, inventory and warehouse management, customer service and order management
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost control
• Monitor KPIs, risk analyses and support management decisions
• Manage departmental budgets, expenses, travel, and capital expenditures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence programs
• Develop staff via training, cross-training and succession planning
• Support integration activities for acquisitions including systems and training
• Communicate operational updates and process changes to ensure alignment
