Workday is seeking a Director of BT Change Enablement and User Experience (UX) Leadership in Pleasanton, CA. This role unifies change management and UX into one function to drive adoption and usability across major technology initiatives.

You will lead a high-visibility team, set strategic standards, and partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to embed user-centered design and adoption metrics throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or user experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience leading change management for large-scale enterprise technology implementations is preferred.
