Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and warehouse operations across the organization.
• Develop and execute world-class strategic initiatives to optimize transport efficiency and costs.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, repair, acquisition, and disposal.
• Coordinate DOT training and compliance for drivers and forklift operators.
• Schedule deliveries, hire truck drivers, and manage shipping operations.
• Establish vendor relationships to secure best prices for materials and services.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across transportation and logistics.
• Prepare budgets for shipping operations based on projected demand.
• Ensure large equipment is delivered safely and on time; assist facility maintenance.
• Lead selection and maintenance of transportation management systems and related tech; mentor staff.
