Job summary

Exelon is leading the energy transition and seeking a Director of Transmission Development to oversee origination, investment, and execution across a multi-state footprint with emphasis on PJM and adjacent regions. You will guide market design advocacy and policy engagement while managing offshore wind and other renewable interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission origination, commercial and financial oversight across PJM and neighboring regions.
• Direct all aspects of transmission project origination, including business case development and risk assessment.
• Oversee bids and competitive solicitations, and manage budgets and investment thresholds.
• Develop and coach a high-performing transmission development team and align with enterprise objectives.
• Engage with policy makers, regulators, and partners to advance transmission initiatives.
