Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing in an LCMS congregation.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in a non‑profit environment.
• Three years of manager‑level experience.

Responsabilités

• Implement strategies for donor relationships.
• Serve on the MADV management team to plan fundraising efforts.
• Develop and manage the budget for the Transformative Giving subunit.
