Responsibilities

• Promote values and culture through everyday actions.
• Assess training needs via surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Create companywide training calendar across departments and sites.
• Develop certification pipelines (PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, CSP, CHST).
• Oversee instructors delivering on-site training and ensure standardization.
• Maintain training records for audits and client requests.
