Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business or related field and five years of progressively responsible management in Trade Industry Adult Education.
• Subject Matter Expert in Construction Industry Adult Education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, quality control and support of construction skills training programs and facility.
• Supervise staff, coordinate with internal teams and partners to meet objectives.
• Update SOPs, plan succession and ensure NCCER requirements are met.
• Engage with employers and community partners to align training with industry needs.
• Analyze service delivery data to drive improvements and program outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting information and reporting relevant to the department.
