Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Training to join our Raleigh, NC office.

The role oversees the company’s training and workforce development strategy, partnering with Operations, Safety, HR, and Leadership to identify skill gaps and build career pathways across multiple sites. The Training Director will develop certification pipelines, manage instructors, ensure program effectiveness, and align training with safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, training, or related field.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning principles knowledge.
• Experience in leadership development and supervisory training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage training strategy across offices and sites.
• Align training with Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals.
• Oversee instructors and training programs, maintain records.
• Assess needs, build certification pipelines (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CSP).
• Manage NCCER accreditation, curriculum, testing, and records.
