Index Search Group is seeking a Director of Workforce Development & Talent Acquisition to design and lead a comprehensive workforce strategy from the ground up. You will partner with executives to forecast demand, build scalable recruiting processes, and establish pipelines for technicians, apprentices, and field personnel.

The role encompasses workforce development, technical training, apprenticeships, and career progression.

Qualifications

Leadership experience building recruiting or workforce development teams.
Experience creating talent pipelines for technicians, apprentices, and field staff.
Proven ability to forecast hiring needs across multiple locations.
Track record of implementing scalable recruiting processes and programs.
Experience partnering with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and workforce agencies.
