Job summary

Alloy Personal Training Eden Prairie is seeking a Director of Training to lead a brand new studio from presale through ongoing growth. This hands-on leadership role blends coaching, sales, and staff development to build a high-performing team and exceptional client experiences.

You will coach small group training sessions (4–6 clients), manage presales, lead follow-up, and drive member engagement while coordinating with the franchise owner to align operations, staffing, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of management and fitness sales experience preferred.
• NASM/ACSM/NSCA/CSCS/ISSA/NCCPT/NCSF/ACE or a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology.
• Experience with presales or other fitness sales.
• Experience leading a fitness training team of two or more people.
• Strong consultation and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable with financial, business, and basic HR responsibilities.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership presence in an educational, fitness, or professional setting.
• Desire to help others reach their health and wellness goals.
• Organized, with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead presale efforts with a goal of 100+ members before opening, growing to 150+ members on an ongoing basis.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into members.
• Deliver premium client engagement, including InBody assessments, goal setting, and a relationship-based client model.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate studio staff; schedule staff according to operational needs and payroll budget; run weekly staff meetings; mentor the team.
• Prioritize goals that drive member and employee satisfaction, retention, and membership growth; communicate with the franchise owner and team; identify and solve problems affecting sales performance and satisfaction.
