Job summary

Alloy Personal Training Edina is looking for an experienced fitness professional to join the founding coaching team. You will coach premium small-group personal training, build meaningful member relationships, and help grow a thriving fitness community.

You’ll work closely with studio leadership to deliver Alloy’s proven programming, support new-member enrollment, and drive retention through personalized coaching, Starting Point Sessions, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a personal trainer or small group training coach.
• Nationally recognized PT certification or CSCS credential or related bachelor’s degree.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong coaching skills for groups of four to six.
• Able to motivate and connect with adults across ages and fitness levels.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach small group personal training sessions of four to six members with strong instruction and energy.
• Deliver programmed Alloy workouts and tailor intensity per client needs.
• Build relationships with members and understand their goals.
• Follow up after sessions and reconnect with members who miss workouts.
• Lead Starting Point Sessions, goal discussions, and fitness assessments.
• Support presale initiatives, new-member consultations, and follow-up.
• Participate in community events and local partnerships.
• Maintain a clean, professional training environment.
