Job summary

Massachusetts Advocates Standing Strong (MASS) is seeking a full-time Director of Training & Program Development to oversee statewide training initiatives, leadership programs, and organizational systems. The role partners with the Executive Director, staff, self-advocates, trainers, and community partners to grow MASS programs throughout the state.

The ideal candidate excels in organization, collaboration, and commitment to disability rights, with ability to manage both strategic development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in self-advocacy, disability rights, and community engagement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for MASS training initiatives and leadership development.
• Coordinate and facilitate trainings in-person, hybrid, and virtual.
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking schedules, tasks, and program information.
