The Director of Training & Development is responsible for setting and executing CFHC’s learning and development strategies across the organization. Reporting to the CHRO, you will collaborate with leadership, HR, and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop innovative learning solutions, and oversee Heart University’s simulation labs and high-performing Learning Specialists. You will lead instructional design efforts, analyze training effectiveness, and incorporate emerging trends in blended learning to enhance workforce development.
